El cuidado de los pies es importante/ Foot care is important [ESP-ENG]

¡Hola Chicos! Espero que estén muy bien... Hoy tuve una sesión relajante y de amor propio, me hice un pedicure porque lo necesitaba urgentemente. Me senté en el frente de casa a esperar a que llegara la chica que me los iba a arreglar. Mientras tanto estaba en compañìa de los guardianes de la casa y admirando un poco la tarde porque estaba agradable el clima.

Hi Guys! I hope you are doing great... Today I had a relaxing and self love session, I had a pedicure because I needed it urgently. I sat in the front of the house waiting for the girl who was going to fix them for me to arrive. In the meantime I was in the company of the guardians of the house and admiring the afternoon because the weather was nice.

El pedicure es algo necesario, especialmente porque ellos cargan con todo el peso de nuestro cuerpo... Desde un tiempo para acá mi parte favorita de arreglarme los pues es el masaje, justo ahora se ha vuelvo indispensable para mí. Pagaría sólo por un masaje para mis pies.

The pedicure is something necessary, especially because they carry all the weight of our body... For some time now my favorite part of getting my feet done is the massage, just now it has become indispensable for me. I would pay just for a massage for my feet.

Ante solía arreglarme los pies mi mamá y nos hacía terapias para que no se nos enterraran las uñas. Pero desde que crecí y me fui de casa yo misma he tenido que arreglármelas. Unas veces pago para que me las arreglen y otras lo hago por mi misma.

My mom used to do my feet before and she used to give us therapies so that our nails wouldn't get buried. But since I grew up and left home I have had to do them myself. Sometimes I pay to have them done and sometimes I do it myself.

Mientras estuve en Brasil tuve un pequeño choque porque literalmente el pedicure es arreglar las uñas de los pies. Te las cortan, arreglan si están enterradas y pintan con esmalte tradicional, o por lo menos así era en el pueblito donde vivía. No hacían masaje y no hidrataban mis pies tampoco. Esto era triste para mí porque ese masaje lo necesitaba mucho. Trabaja bastante tiempo parada en aquel entonces y necesitaba relajarme.

While I was in Brazil I had a little shock because literally a pedicure is getting your toenails done. They cut them, fix them if they are ingrown and paint with traditional polish, or at least that's how it was in the small town where I lived. They didn't massage and they didn't moisturize my feet either. This was sad for me because I really needed that massage. I worked a lot of downtime back then and I needed to relax.

Cuando llegó la chica, ya tenía mis deditos arrugaditos y me envolví tanto en la conversación que olvidé seguir tomando fotos del proceso.

By the time the girl arrived, my little fingers were wrinkled and I got so wrapped up in the conversation that I forgot to keep taking pictures of the process.

Mis pies quedaron bonitos y me sentí cómoda en todo el proceso. La chica utilizó una técnica de exfoliación con arena de playa y crema hidratante, mis pies quedarón lisos y al finaliazar me puso también crema hidratante sola.

My feet were beautiful and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The girl used an exfoliation technique with beach sand and moisturizer, my feet were smooth and at the end she also put moisturizer alone.
